Neurodevelopmental Assessments for Adult Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD. BetterCare™ provides compassionate & comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments that can include all ASD spectrum varieties. The quoted fee includes the entire 2-6 weeks assessment process and full diagnostic report. All reports are recognised by all government/state bodies including HSE, Dept. of Education, Dept. For payment plans please contact us directly What to expect? Following Booking- You'll receive comprehensive (primary) screening forms to collect the client's detailed developmental history. Next- Return the (primary) screening forms prior to your chosen 50 minute In-Person consultation. This consultation will evaluate further the information submitted in the (primary) screening forms. Next-During this consultation (secondary) screening forms will be provided, these forms are focussed forms based on the indicated disorder thus far and assist with interpretation & analysis to determine the degree to which official scientific criteria are met. Next-Thorough investigation and further analysis of all collected data to date - this process can take between 2-10 weeks for scoring, interpretation & in-depth report writing. Next-You will receive the doctors full psychological report by registered post. You can provide this report to other health/educational institutions for grants/aids/assistance where applicable. All reports are recognised by all government/state bodies including HSE, Dept. of Education, Dept. Social Welfare It is important to note there is no one-for-all assessment, each case is as varied as the child/client, assessments are comprehensive and tailored to the needs of the client. It is also important to manage expectations during this time- please consider that the process and outcomes can cause mixed emotions and can have both negative and positive affects. - As our assessment service is in high demand please take care when choosing an appointment date and time. - All bookings are fully refundable prior to signing your agreement form sent automatically after booking. - Assessment methods vary case by case- additional consultations may be required in exceptional circumstances. - Cancellation is available up to 72 hours prior to your appointment. - Cancellations at any stage during the assessment process will incur fees to the sum of the work carried out to that point. - The psychologists reserves the right to determine what psychometric information gets shared. - Rescheduling is available at no extra cost outside of 72 hours from your appointment (where possible ) - BetterCare™ reserves the right to make amendments to scheduling in advance where necessary. - If opting in to a payment plan, all fees must be paid before the release of any reports. - Prices are subject to change - Psychological Assessments/reports can NOT diagnose what is NOT present for the client. When psychometric measurements for any disorder do NOT meet scientific criteria the report can NOT reflect otherwise.
