Assessments are completed discreetly via secure online psychometric forms shared between BetterCare and the participating employee by email. They are then clinically analysed by BetterCare’s team of doctoral level psychologists, with personalised feedback provided directly to each participant.
Assessments are delivered securely & completely confidential. Employers receive only anonymised, aggregated data—individual reports are private and shared only with the employee directly.

Employees receive a confidential personal report with their results, insights, and practical recommendations for improving wellbeing. If they seek further support, they can self refer to access counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatry or any of other services via BetterCare’s clinical network. Alternatively, organisations partnered with our EAP programme can provide access to expert Psychotherapy.
