The structure of each occupational therapy session is tailored to meet the individual needs of children, teens, and adults. Sessions may include:

  • Environmental adaptations at home, school, or work to support functional independence
  • Structured goal-setting to track progress and achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Therapeutic techniques designed to enhance emotional well-being, focus, and confidence

Whether delivered in-person or online, our sessions aim to empower clients to function effectively and engage meaningfully in everyday life.

The fee for an OT session is €160 and lasts 50 minutes. It can take place online or in person(limited locations).

We accept all major health insurers in Ireland, including Irish Life Health, Laya Health Care, and Vhi Insurance.
