What is Art & Play Therapy?

Our Art & Play Therapy service provides a safe and nurturing environment where individuals of all ages can explore their feelings, improve self-awareness, and work through challenges.

Art Therapy offers clients a non-verbal way to express emotions that may be difficult to articulate. Through drawing, painting, or sculpting, our accredited art & play therapists guide clients in discovering insights and developing coping mechanisms for trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, low self-esteem and much more.

Play Therapy, especially effective for children, allows young ones to express themselves through play. Using toys, games, and imaginative activities, our therapists help children process emotions, improve communication, and navigate developmental or behavioural issues, encourage emotional regulation, develop problem solving skills, and strengthen relationships.
